help reparing dash a4

Hi there, im having troubles with a dashboard of a audi a4 2003, the dash display just get blanked, it doesnt appear nothing on screen....does anyone has ideas....i have heard that could be the tranformer vogt u2, or the transistor sei bcp 56...thanks to all

did you check 5v Vcc ? if they are present and needles work ,it must be lcd failure !, must be replaced.
most common damage i found in this panel are shorted zenners easy to replace wish u luck !
