Lexia interface unknown device

Hi every body,
my problem is a message in windows xp i have the old interface the black with the only logo of Citroen, when i plug on interface windows show that it is unknown hardware . Before works great but i had problem with electric and now i wont works. Interface for 1 sec lights green light . can i find help, THX.

You say you had electrical problems? Do you mean a power cut?
If yes then have you tried a different USB port or have you tried plugging something else into that USB port you are using and if you have did it work?

have you tried reinstalling the drivers mate?

yes i had power cut , i tried a different usb ports and i checked in others PC. I Uninstalled drivers and every time is unknown usb device .

Maybe you have dead USB controller in Lexia interface ( type USBN9604-28M).
