Hi guys has anyone got any idea when the iplayer is getting rolled out on the freesat service,according to the freesat page it was supposed to be all set up by the end of july 2010 for 2009 tv models and end of sept for 2008 tv models.:rock:

Works on 2010 Panasonic tvs, 2008 and 2009 are in the pipeline. will require s/w update, when its finally ready.

Only thing they've promised dates before and it hasn't happened, but fingers crossed this time

hi i've been told the panasonic g20 will show bbc iplayer via freesat i've tried this and nothing any help please

you need to upgrade the s/w on 2009 panasonic TVs, before iplayer will work. New s/w is available now, 2008 tvs should be next.

got bbciplayer via my fox hd freesat box. Needs to connect to a phone line so not sure how it would work with built in freesat... is the tv internet enabled?

iam in north of england.

If you have broadband internet, you need to connect the fressat box (or Freesat TV) to your router. The iplayer data will come through the internet.
