Can`t introduce Yourself

I`m here from almost year, and now i see new rules.
So i want introduce yourself, but i can`t do this because i have no right to:

You may not post new threads
You may not post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts

why?
In time when i`m her i write few post but now administrator write


Registrations ate now closed, so no new members will be joining us. Hence no-one needs to make an intro post. For those who have joined and not bothered even making one post, well, seems like things are different now.

I've been here since dec 09 and I'm having the same problem, I'm not sure what they are trying to do.
Hopefully they will get it corrected shortly :)
Also some of the sections I was visiting I can't get into now, What's the deal??

There is no longer a need for members to introduce themselves, that section was for new members when they joined to introduce themselves, several older members have only decided that now they wish to do it, because they believe a high post count will let them see things that they currently can't, as the forum is now closed to new members there is no need to have that section anymore.
