piggy back ecu?

was woundering if any one has ever tryed a ecu piggy back system there fairly cheap and u can tune on the fly via usb plus the useally just wire in to your stock ecu link below of product im thing of trying any feed back would be great!

In my opinion it would be better to:
1) custom tune original ecu
(possibility to make bigger changes.. limiters, scales etc.)
2) in some cases replace original ecu with re-programmable ecu

Cheap is not always cheapest (or best)...
