i'v got a humax box i want to set bbc i player up on it my computer is upstairs the modem only has one connection for an ethernet cable is there any way i can send a signal to my t.v. to get bbc i player with out running cables around the house could i send a wireless signal if so how?

Look for a wireless bridge with an ethernet port on the back.
Most netgear wireless routers can be reflashed and used as a bridge.
Takes a bit of setting up.
