cummins 6BT cylinder head

I need specification about tightening torques and sequence of tightening for cylinder head on cummins 6BT engine.

Thank you in advance.

step 1:tighten all
bolts at 60 ft/lbs...and tinghten long bolts at 89ft/lbs...
sec.step : repeat step 1.
step 3 : tighten all bolts at 90?.
