Getting Music from pod

How can I get my tunes from my ipod touch to my new lappy? the old lappy hardrive has been wiped so dont have a copy of my tunes, is it possible to get the tunes off my pod???

You will need some sort of ipod ripper. I use xilisoft ipod ripper, but just google it to find whats best for you.
