Zedbull calculated it mate. No clever method I can share I'm afrad:(. Tbh iv not even looked at working it out manually. Get lazy when software does it all!!

Will a clone AD900 Pro do the same?

Real one mate. Clone will not do it. Real zed bull is really good, and not to expensive. clone is not really a zed bull it has old ad90 software so will not do a lot of stuff.

Would original zedbull software run on a pc to use as a 'form' of icc?
just for immo codes?

No mate, it looks for the zed bull to be attached before it does anything give pincode, even the remote programming menu etc. If bull is not plugged in software will load but won't do anything.

Original popster, did you read incircuit or desoldered the chip?

Did you use soldering iron or air if removed?
