hi i have just been given a elm 327 interface for my car does any body know whats the best diagnostic software i can down load what i can use on most cars that also has dyno reading .

Many other software links on Scantool.net, Nothing too pricey. If your ELM is Bluetooth, a cool toy for a PDA or Smartphone is EasyOBD. It's better than a code reader since you can view and record several PIDs, and it's also free.

Modiag is also a great sw , also otocheck works on ELM, also Fiat ecuscan works via CAN for newer cars via ELM ( original USA elm only)
