i make full analise c3 and c4 (this is very similar)
and make service manual dokumetation with state of voltage, oscilograms and spectral analise diagram and files of many state
in c3, include in my documentation is dumps of flash,and pic

i make also and for pps lexia

look dump for pic in lexia and PLD for mb star, i look and shematics for can clip any version

about repair not important type of damage c3
- utility software software cant download (software not look c3)
- not work any of modul
- not work truck
- new mb star chinese not work truck after 15-30 min can be damaged
and many more of simptoms

if anybody had access to these schematics why would they bother sharing with you if they are in a position to start a business for themselves.Any information you may posses would not be enough for any exchange you have in mind.

Besides, if you are good at repairing these things you would not need schematics

Maybe change easy parts that everybody can, V stabilizers , IC for protocols ( lexia happens for old protocols and change a simple IC ) , clip repair the usb cypress and protocol transistors , ha ha..etc so on

So, this wbogdan comes here with old things that other people do since 7-8 years.

btw..its not nice to catch customers here for diagnostic chinese tools that resell via private messages.

But i need repair manual for MB Star c3, to work ok on trucks.

If i can have that, that friend will give me Manual how to make Lexia From CLONE to ORIGINAL, that means to work on all cars via CAN, to enter all modules like ENGINE.

mb star only can work truck when is not damage
problem is after few minute temperature iof component is very high
way to solved this problem is cold all stabilisator and tip42
but must be sure in corection work of stabiliser voltage
first measure voltage on colector tip 42 must be 12-14v
in during measure change input voltage 12-32v
when in colector tip 42 have 14v and higest must replace cener diode diode in voltage component
one must be 5.1v lead to base of smd transistor bcp...
and second must be 7-8.5 depended of tipe of mb star
(usualu this diode is 7.5v )
after this must make good cold for all stapiliser and tip 42
dont forget isolation for tip 42

This is D4 solution.D3 have already this radiator for the stab and there are diffrent stab in D3.

Colector from Tip must be issolated always from radiator.

i have 3 lexia 3 you can repair problem for crach is high tension from usb

I think that is D4 not D3!
Check Your TIP32C transistor,then there are near 3 voltage regulator,check all off them.
2 are 7805 -5 volt regulator
1 is 7808 or 7805 too -8 or 5 volt regulator
There are 2 diodes on the PCB with SAF,that you need to check too.
Then check your signal at MAX192BCW.
When MAX192 its damaged its show bad voltage in DAS!

After you check all of this report here and i tell you the next stage!
