i have one renault radio ,modelno.22DC459/62L ,PHILIPS,I need to unlock it,i saw this eeprom in the radio 24W166,Can i read it as4c016?also i saw this no. on the radio 7700 426 412

Would appreciate comments if it's any help.
I've scanned it with AVG but have never used it myself.
