i have bought a sony 32kdl-v5810 which has a built in sat tuner. problem is if i tune freesat it says no signal and if i tune sat channels it finds channels but can't watch as it says no signal. i know signal is good because sky receiver gets channels no prob . i have even tried a different lnb but still the same. tv is on latest firmware i have also sent sony email. sony have replyed that i should get a satellite installer to check it out any ideas
