have downloaded Turksat but cant find idman tv am i doing something wrong TM5300s 1m ish dish

I think bigger dish required.

It's on Turksat ?A east beam. As stated by Manico1, a lot larger dish is required at your location. Take a look at the footprint map on Lyngsat or Flysat.

Idman Azerbaijan is on Turksat at 10968 H 11200 5/6 on 3a east so as Manic says a bigger dish would seem to be the order to receive this.
