Hello smallboss,

there's a fix somewhere around here for this, or search at google for the error number 9909 in Mercedes DAS, I'm sure you will be successful.

Beside that you can always run a Caesar self test on your Diagnosis system to see where the error comes from

you check conect multiplex to PC. and try restart computer..
your problem in soft.
