Upgrade CD for my MMi 2G laguage

Hi,

I've just get my Audi A4 B8 with all menu in french but navigation instructions are in German.

It's seem that I need to use an upgrade CD to sweep from German to French.

Is anyone have it?
Where can I get it please?
