Diga Can Dongle

Hi to all,
Can Dongle from Diga wont anymore.Have just one time used ,and thats it!I opened it but at first glance seems nothing wrong.PCA 82C251 memory is operative or just working?
Does anyone know more on this?

common problem. dongle broken. happens even on original sometime. without file for the PIC you cannot repair it

Well .. I used it only once.Is someone on DK who have PIC from?I would be grateful if someone would upload.
