it works with Audi A4 2002,VW T5 2006 but it didnt work on Audi A8 2004 what can it be error IFH 0003 and error 0020 in VAS who can hep me

This you find in the manual:

FAQ 8 I receive an error message IFH-0003 (DATATRANSMISSION TO INTERFACE
DISTURBED). What does this mean?
The connection to VAS 5054A is interrupted. Possible causes are:
VAS 5054A was disconnected from the power supply (briefly) during a diagnosis session.
Reconnect VAS 5054A. Click on Abbrechen (Cancel) and start the diagnosis session again.

FAQ 9 I receive an error message IFH-0020 (DRIVER ERROR). What does this mean?
The driver is unable to open the Bluetooth COM port. No connection to VAS 5054A can
therefore be made. Possible causes are:
The Bluetooth software issues an error message when the COM port is opened because
VAS 5054A is out of range or VAS 5054A is not connected to the diagnosis socket.
Ensure that you are in range or reconnect VAS 5054A. Click on Abbrechen (Cancel) and start
the diagnosis session again.

hi does anyone know how to load the vas 5054a base cd. i load it and when i try to run the app it comes up with only one instance of ass -pc system is permmited on this system. and its the firs time i loaded. it need to get to adminstration to activate it can some help
