Used Ecu and GNA600

Is it possible to program used ECU to Civic 2009 by GNA 600?

I don't see why not. I do it with my HIM. I haven't done 2009. But 2007 and older with no problem. Just use HDS that has 2009 flash files to update pcm. When you start HDS it should see different Vin and ask you if it's new or old vin. Then your have to register pcm with a code you got from Honda key generator.
