Hi All

Just wondering how one of these emulators work and if could be made up, what it does is connects to fuel rail sensor the signal wire and then to dpf sensor connector using the 5 volt and earth and signal wire

any thoughts anybody

Surley somebody must know how to clone one of these, they cost sbout ?200 for a cheap circuit board

The problem is, that there are lots of different pressure sensors - and most of them work with different signal voltage.
another problem is that you have during the self test, when switching ignition on you have different pressure in DPF, than while starting, and while running engine!
the emulator have to fill all those functions and should also to be able to set about all 400km an emulation of a regeneration - otherwise ECU will set DTC!

there are a small electronics company, that are awesome, see if they can help you, or even, if some how (if they will of course) they buy one and clone it, sell you the clone?
