Hello, can i use ross tech in order to code in to cayenne key or does the obd has differrent pin out than touareg ?

As far as I know, NO.
Use durametric.

although Durametric is a good tool it does not support coding / programing only diagnostics / activations.

To program / adapt keys you need full access to Kessy as well as have IPAS access codes (SKC login)
>> which depending on which yr is only possible with PST2 or PIWIS (factory tool)

Since the Touareg is essentialy the same platform it may be possible to adapt keys with VAG compatible tool if SKC is known.

There is also aftermarket tools such as Abritus and Carprog that can perform this function as well

I try whit genuine Vag-com and not work on Cayenne.

I try whit durametric clone and only read foult and erase it but not code.

Only K-Can Commander is able to recode.
