Here is my part:

To change screen resolution on Lexia:
1. Open C:\APPLIC\LEXIA\EXE\ecran.ini
2. Change resolution in this lines:
-largeur_ecran = 1024
-hauteur_ecran = 748
3. Save file

If you had to reinstall / repair your Lexia sw and you had all updates till latest you can save some time downloading all that files again.
Here it is how:

updates file are saved in:
c:\APPLIC\Portail\Extract\MajListe\

extract all files starting with first one, later updates will overwrite some files from first update.
to:
c:\APPLIC\MAJDIST\

create the file: majdist.tmp in:
c:\APPLIC\LEXIA\

this file will contain ( without " "):
"345.64|\APPLIC\MAJDIST"

where 345.64 it is the latest update available.

battery clamp take loose .
wait one hour.
connect the battery clamp.
ignition on.
press the lock button for 10 seconds.
remove the ignition key off the ignionlock
wait a quarter.

This is a solution for the ones that are receiving this error message:
The new Java Plug-in requires a recent version of the Firefox browser (Firefox 3 or later).
Search for the file "all.js", you will find it in two directories named Pref. Open the files with wordpad and search for the line pref("security.enable_java", where the default value is true. You will have to modify it in false on both files. After that save and run application.

have just had to reload my pp2000 and lexia to a new laptop, everything works ok apart from thedata record play back feature , anyone know what programs or files are needed for this to work ( was working before )
