there are no programmers for 35160 now! but you still talking about right tools for erase it :D

Yes The programmer "codiprog" read and write the chip M35160 but not erase this chip and I need a new M35160 for write the new dump

read original dump and save
open dump and edit line 0000 to 0018 4 lines with 00 (64bit)
save dump
select vehicle make/model
load modifield dump
reading might be 0 or skyhigh dnt worry
enter mileage required

erase not necessary

i have original codiprog, d160 erase read/write perfect.
also erase everything else whatever you connect, vp, v6, d80, no problem.

Have you did firmware update? After update my codiprog "stucking" after "write" comand.

yeah, when i bought it i couldn.t even read the d80, i had to do the update first.
It seems to ''hasitates'' a little bit after clicking write, but works fine.

just takes a little while, let the prog work.

Normally i read the chip and save the dump.
take it off of power and pc
erase the chip stand alone
then i connect to pc again to check it's blank and write back the soft + new miles.
done

I try to erase D80D0WQ but some problem codiprog demage chip .some locations stay 0000 and no wirte valui ib this location .
