I have Volvo S60, 2.4 D5, 12.2001, which had accident few months ago. Front driver and passenger airbags deployed... Car is repaired, but for some unknown reason rear seat belts blocked, so I removed rear belts (they are not mandatory here) because new ones were too expensive... Now I have orange triangle on dash, and warning message on BC, so I tried to put resistors on 3 wires that are connecting to tensioners (2.2 Ohm), and error can be deleted, but as soon as car is started again, error returns. I was wondering, if someone knows, how could I fix this error, is there some method?

Thanks in advance

What fault code have you?

I don't know, some Bosch app that this guy I went to used reports that rear left, central and right belt tensioners are missing,so I guess that those are 3 errors

Resistors conected to wire or to oryginal belt tensioner plug? Mayby tool what you use can't erase faults.

he tried connecting it to wires in trunk, I guess they are going to airbag computer... I am pretty sure that this tool can erase faults, because he manage to erase them, but when car is turned off than on, it comes back...

You have to connect resistors to oryginal plug tensioners because there are capacitors.

sorry for posting again, but just to be sure... I will have to connect resistors to tensioner connector, and then to connect wire to tensioner,or?

Tensioner is replaced by this resistor. All wiring diagram is Airbag ECU --wires--plug tensioner--resistor.

ok,understood now ;)
