CATERPILLAR SIS 2010A ERROR

i am using windows 7

my SIS is giving me this error (picture attached)

I am not sure how it works but I think you have a problem with your IE security settings.

from the picture in your post:

In the status bar at the bottom right of your IE window "Internet: Protected Mode On"

I think you will have to alter some Internet setting to get around this but I am not familiar with WIN7 (I use WinXP) so perhaps someone who uses Win7 will be able to advise you further.

i disabled the protected mode and its working now
