I have tried to post this information on the XT Forum (Free Talk)
But it has been removed on both occasions.
Now i have been banned from the site.
Their customer services and support are non existent.
"I have just had some great news from my Credit card company.
They agree that XT did not deliver the product the initially advertised purchased by me last year.
With the lack of any HD audio Support on the Mk1 XT.
They have agreed that i am entitled to a full refund.
And am just awaiting conformation of what happens next.
This is covered under UK LAW to anyone who used a CREDIT CARD o pay for their XT.Not a Debit Card
I thought i would let others that felt let down that XT did nothing to rectify their mistake for not delivering the product many people though they had purchased.That there is still light at the end of the tunnel.
I would not be surprised if this could start a class action lawsuit similar to the MS RROD issue we had a few years ago.
