Can anybody help with log from VCDS? Is everything ok with my turbo? I appreciate any help. My fuel cons is so high. I get 37mpg or 8.5 litres/100km in average driving 50-60mph. It is so bad. Thanks

Your boost is ok

actual boost 2500 mbar -
960 mbar(aprox atmosph pressure)
-----------------------------------------------
1540 mbar

How many Miles does your car have? maybee nozzles from PPD elements need to be cleaned in ultrasonic bath

How about your measured air flow mass...its missing in the log...if its bad you encour problems, try clean with brakecleaner(remove first from car) an let it out after rinse for some time and make new log for MAF.

Your log shows that you car has been modified (chiptuned).

Post at least channels 1, 3, 4, 8. It might be something wrong with the modification or with the engine itself. Is it manual or auto gearbox?

Would be good to try revert ecu to it's original firmware to verify parameters as log shows that turbocharger fluctuate quite a lot from ECU's requested value.

If you need help and you're not too far from me., you can pop in for a diags.

Its my graph from rolling road. Max torque should be available from 1800rpm. Some HP's are missing also. Car is with manual gearbox. Car has 63k miles now updated ECU and I have still the same problem.
