Read/Write Eprom from Airbag/IMMO/Dash

Hi,

I am new and a litlle confused about read and write eprom data from/to immo/airbag/dash, please help me to undersatnd some problems :

1) It is needed to open each time the unit that contains immo/airbag/dash, unsolder the eprom and after make read-modifie data and write back?
2) I understand that exist connection in some cases between dash/immo/airbag/ecu and if i want to change data from one of it i must work on another unit(immo/ecu/airbag) - exist rule a document that can help in this case ?
2) Exist some documentation soft that indicate the of immo/airbag/dash unit in car ?

mate , all you need you will find in DK ... just use "SEARCH"
