hi i need help i have a problem with my opel vectra 2.2dti i have peoblem with wheel. is so strong i cant turn rear left you know.what to see. where is the command . sorry for language

if you mean you can't spin one of the rear wheels i'd say that the brake is sticking on

First can tell us for sure if its Astra or, Vectra 2.2dt.

Than have you checked if the Brake caliper or hand brake cable are not seized.
