good tutorial for the noobs but you shouldn't give that way of modification for torque limiter. It's pretty funny even it's just for learning. :D

You can compare the two versions and select the area modified in 2D or text and then use the original value to copy on another file.

Very great How to! but one question tho, how do you spot a torque limiter or a turbo boost map in a HEX file? I mean it is great that you told us that was a toque limiter and all. But i have no clue on how to determine what is a torque limiter once i read my ECU (Golf V 1.9 TDI '05 90hp)

Could you explain how you can tell what is what in a file?

it's a very useful post to people like me, but the most important is how can I identifi maps (turbo pressure, injection etc.)?
And Here are two PDFs about how to tune EDC15 and 16 cars......

those guides are just basics for a simple remap. You will know how to identify all maps and do a proper remap after spending a few months studying different files, testing on your car different files etc...
All tuners spent many nights to understand how to correctly tune a car.

galiza
24th May, 2018, 03:08 PM
Yes, in the map window. Taking care of select the same zone, etc...
But in the TreeView Control?
Is it possible select a map, "copy something" and then select other map (o others maps) and paste increments(%)???????

No Sync block active.
