IVECO dump problem

Hi, I have dashbord with a speed gauguage problem. Problem is in the eeprom memory, eeprom has been soldered before. When i change dump speed has show. But is fake. Can somebody send good dump? IVECO - Nr.:500366403 Typ: 1551.60100100
Nr.: 000000088021. Can sobebody help?
