just been out to a citroen relay customer had pin code and key code cut him a key programmed transponder with mvp ( china) said its programmed but the damn thing would not start any ideas guys tried programming it a few times everytime it said key programmed but the padlock sign on dash wont go off and fault code is showing key learning

why does it say programmed when its not :hmmmm2: ?
