Wow You are fast! Thanks :-) This k-line is only for engine or maybe engine and immobilizer unit ? Or for all modules (ABS,SRS ....)?

hi
not sure but i would imagine k line communicates across all control modules..
i have more pdf documents for diagnostic sockets etc, i see some were thankful for that.. maybe they can be of use to others..?

anybody has the pinout for t300 with L-line?
I am trying to make an adapter obd female to iveco, can not find a good map to make it, the last I made was
4 and 5 obd--------30 gnd
16 obd ------------27 vin
7 obd -------------2 k line
15 obd ------------1 L-line
anybody knows if it is correct?
my t300 does not communicate

Thats interesting but it says that a 24 volt truck has 12 volt points in the 30pin diagnostic plug, you'd want to be careful hooking this up to a vag-com or similiar EOBD reader as its actually 24 volts out and that will fry any 12 volt EOBD reader.
Does anyone know of anyway of connecting a 12 volt vag-com cable to this 24 volt 30pin plug to read the k-line, maybe using a pair voltage dividers to step the voltage down to 12 volts before hitting the vag-com... i could do with this about now...

Take T300 with normal obd plug and k line from obd 7pin to 12pin in socket on Iveco! Everything works well...... PIN its needed!
