Toyota Corolla E12J MY 2006: check ABS light stays on after sensor repair

Hi all,

i have a toyota corolla for repair. check abs light is on.
fault code reading of a dealer showed that right rear speed sensor is faulty.
i checked this with oscilloscope and it was true.
so, i ordered new wheel speed sensor and replaced it.

check abs is still on.

i checked all wheel speed sensors and they have good signal.

do i need to clear fault code, so that check light not come on again?

Connect pin 4 and 13 in OBD2 connector for 30 minutes with key on
I had same prob with a Rav 4 a few months ago friend from dealer told me what to do and it worked
