W220 Wiper system problem: Late responding.

Hi every Body,
I have w220 Problem so i need some help urgent Please,
The problem is:
If you switch off the ignition and wait for more than 10 minutes then you’ll see a problem in the wiper system. When you switch on the system the wipers will respond after ~2 minutes (i.e., it takes time to respond). I replaced the front left SAM and the problem still the same. All the wires are OK so....??!!??

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The rain Sensor is ok and also for the Motor.
Additional info: when I switch on the wipers, the sun roof stops working and the break lights start blinking!!! after 2 minutes, wipers start working and every thing get normal until u switch off the car.
Switch back ON the car, then u have to wait again like two minutes!!!

Any idea?

it could be a burned fuce-central that cause the problem got some polish buses with a lot of merch.... electric .
not at work now but i can check to morrow
