reading problem

hello.

i have an vw51 1c0 909 605 B ecu and i tried to read the mcu like mc68hc908 with upa-usb programmer. i choose auto bound rate and the reading: sucess, range: 0-3ff but all the data is: AD AD AD AD AD.......

can someone give me some advices?? thanks in advance

MCU is secured! You need to enter security bytes.
