Can u tell the four upa if need lift eny leg

No, not necessary to lift any pins, just solder wires
to the pins. UPA can read/write immediately.
Pinout ? If case is PLCC52:

9: IRQ
10: Reset
27: PTA0
4: PTC0
5: PTC1
7: PTC3
25: GND
26: +5V
2,3: XTAL

I can?t read the dump same error but what is the value for xtal the upa don?t have this line need to put external xtal??

Read the xtal freq, it is 4 MHz.
Choose proc type: HC08AS20
Power up the airbag, 14: GND / 15: +12V
Must works.
