Citroen Ecu swap

Dear Members!

The Ecu of a Citroen C5 hdi died (i am 100% sure). It is a siemens sid 803. I have bought a second hand ecu from a scrapyard. How can I adapt this used ecu to the car? I have never done an ecu change in a Citroen/Peugeot before. I have BDM100, Lexia3, Eeprom programmer.
I could not read the contents of the Flash and eeprom, they are damaged :(
What is the procedure to do this task?

you need to swap of the eeprom 95320 or if you cant ,read the second hand eeprom 95320 and i can put there your pincode for engine start.
