Forza Car Packs?!

Where i can find the forza car packs (Pre-Order; Hot Holidays; Jalopnik; VIP; Road & Track; Exotic Car; World Class; Summer Velocity) and how i can get this work without xbox live?

you'll need to get hold of them from either newsgroups or torrents.

They wont work unless youve got a jtaged xbox though.

...my xbox is not jtaged. I have a xbox transfer kit, i can use the hd as storage in my pc. If i copy the cars to the hd? Does it not work?

Nope it wont work, DLC is paired to your account via an encrypted license.
