but elrasoft is not good!! not responde!!

i had the same problem when i bought mine
Penko sent the drivers but took a while to respond ?
but my problem was due to a different programer driver hijacking the upa driver
Penko sorted the driver issue
and i installed from the email he sent with driver and registration or whatever (ime shite with software)
but he will respond if its a gen unit mate guy seems helpfull

i have only original upa, and one time i have problem with it ( when i connect device i put it and i dont see a screww under and device will not responding)
i contact support and in 2 hours he send me a patch and problem solved,
for me it's very good support
contact him but you must describ your problem step by step and it's better to join screen copy of all boxdialogs of upa soft

not sure but i think the gen cypress dll is locked to the reg (if that makes sence)
as i was gonna try a clone software to get it running
and was told not to try as the software might corrupt and thus no gen updates ?
like ive said if its gen Penko will respond mate
