no transponder to scan

hi guys flashed my eurovox v installation was succesful, completed a power scan however i get the above message no transponder to scan , this has happened to me before i just cant remember what i did !!!:damnmate:

when i first did mine had the same problem but that was because i had it running on a splitter just connected it back to the main cable and all was well then put splitter back in
