eprom that can not be PLCC32, I think? but these must use an eprom eraser if they are used ... can not be written as the flash ...
greetings .

Hello i write this eprom with willem eprom.
The other day i can?t to write the eprom, and the problem was the USB Power.

I powered it with a transformer 12V DC, and read, write and verify OK.

Ahhh, first, the eprom has to be erased with UV eraser, around 20 minutes. then check it is empty.

Thanks

I think that eprom need 12,75 V to reprograming.
See you the datasheet.

Gq4x programmer? What is the plcc-dil (dip) adapter used. There are two types of plcc32-dil adapter, plcc32-dil32 and plcc32-dil28. Your chip needs the second one, plcc32-dil32 is for mostly flashs like 28fxxx,29fxxx.

Btw, i think you're aware that if your chip is of otp (one time programmable e.g. without glass window) type you have no second chance to program it
