Hi,

I have Mercedes Vito 2002 model with ECU Bosch EDC15C0 0 261 011 067 and immo-box Temic. Inside immobox there is a motorola with mask 0J66D (HC08AZ32).

Keys were lost and we call a locksmith to make a key. He made a key that opens doors and allows to crank, but engine does not start and I am getting "Start Error". I have check the key and there is not any transponder inside, thus I am getting the start error.

I have Carprog, TMPro2 and start error repair software.

My question is:

1. Do I need to do start error repair before making new transponder key?

2. Carprog expects to program transponder TK5530 but I friend has use successfully PCF7935 with carprog. TMPro2 expects T5 transponder. Which transponder I should use ? I tried Carprog with T5 that I have in stock and does not go on to program it.

3. Is PCF7935 = Silca T15 = JMA TP14 ?

Thanks in advance

You do start repair first and try with old key, as start error does not alter key data.
If doesn't start make a new key, use T5 and Tmpro.

Good luck

Edit.
Sorry just saw that is key lost situation, just program T5 and should be good to go.

No need to do "Start Error" repair. Just make new key and start engine.
