Install CBT (component based troubleshooting) from
the relevant STW disc.
Go into ET setup and set CBT to SISDVD.

No it works with internet explorer off line.

how i do it?
because to open the program open the explorer and give me the user and password on the cat.sis i have the 9 dvds and the option dvd select on in the stw lunch
