Hello

I am trying to reproramme a radio into an Opel Astra 2006. I don't have the original radio . I have been given to a radio to programe to the car. I have the car pass and I have virginised the Blaupunkt CD30 mp3 I think. when using opcom 090820b I get a time out message in programming. The radio is working but keeps showing " Programme Radio on the display. I also have another radio Grundig version CD30 with a code written on top of the radio. I am also unable to deactivate this one. Can anyone have a look at my dumps and see if there is a problem or give me any advice on what to do . I have also tried using some unregistered dumps that I found here

Many Thanks

Paul

I think You must use Tech.

In opcom You have option activate theft protection, but cd30 must be have in 2 place programming. One it`s theft protection.

Op-co can ONLY activate and deactivate theft protection. You need reset first and after that programm the radio ! this can be done only with Tech2 / MDI tools.

Good luck.

Is there any way this can be done without using Tech2. I dont have this equipment. If i was to read and reprogramme the display eeprom , would this help ?

Thanks

OP-COM - Read Security code from eeprom dump
says the two files "Delivery State"
Can you give us the menu to access this?

heres a cd30mp3 virgin dump you can try,if it doesn't work for you then you'd probably as well off to get 2 matching dumps for the radio and display,i have these for the cd30 but not cd30mp3.

Leave radio alone :)) You must reprograme only display and see if this display compadibile with this radio first. If compatibile just reprogram display without changed eeprom content...
