hi please help my d.box2 is stuck on channel itv but no sound i think it may have stopped in the middle of a flash

Try to reflash the image see if that helps

If it has completely locked up, ie - no remote activity etc then you'll need to download the dbox2 IFA assistant, connect a serial cable and a network cable to the box and reflash a fresh image.
