The sis here on dk is for of-line use. Also do you have it set to start on system boot up? Some times sis don't compleetly shut down and when you go to start it it says" port is already in use check port settings" Hope this helps

You can't used the SIS DVD with SISweb simultaneously.
If you don't have user account for catSISweb don't bother connecting to the site.
Check your setting. if you set the SIS to start when windows start, this will help speedup sis to load for the first time.
