fiat bravi iaw 49f.b9 immo off

hi all
i have one bravo 1.6 16v here vith immo problem so i read the eeprom 95040 from ecu iaw 49f.b9 and loaded it into immo killer and i pressed start and message vas immo cleared succesfull, then i put the eprom back in and puted ecu back into car but before i took out black immo box from the car i then i tryed to start the car and it vont start. vath did i do wrong?
pls help
