What to read this eeprom with?

Can I read this eerprom with UPA? if so which eeprom do I select?

Its a Mercedes Vito Bosch ecu

Numbers on it -
AM29F400BT - 90SE
0309ABA L

maybe you should give more info on what it has been taken from ie vehicle details ect i for 1 cannot help with just numbers on it and picture like that.

with UPA-USB you cannot !

you can read it with labtool or if you can building ezoflash you can read with that
