hi im from bristol and my eurovox has stopped working, it was displaying please insert smart card on quite a few channels, so i did power sacns an that nothing changed, so i did a factory restore and everything is gone, i try to scan for channels and it goes through the search finding nothing, i thought it may needed to be flashed but doing the 1986 thing on launguage settings works so it apparently doesnt need it can you help please
